Frequently Asked Questions

Although the information and guidance needed to make a purchase from our website is available on our information pages, there are some questions that arise more frequently than others and we have therefore included answers to those questions below.  However, please feel free to email our Customer Service Desk with your questions - - if you do not find the answers you are looking for. 

Can I pay with using my credit or debit card?

Yes, you can pay conveniently for online purchases by Credit or Debit card.  We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro and JCB for payment. Our Worldpay payment portal automatically appears at the bottom of the Checkout page.  You will need your credit card number, expiry date and the Verification Code on the back of the card. There are no additional fees.

You can also pay with your Paypal account if you prefer.  You will need to check the Paypal box which appears under the Worldpay box.

FACETS Fashion does not have access to your card or payment details and all your data will be securely transmitted to the payment gateway of your choice via SSL encryption.

Do you have an express delivery option?

We regret to say we do not presently have an express delivery option.  All our deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Signed-For Service or by courier depending on the number of items purchased and the weight & size of the package.  Our standard delivery service allows for a 2-3 day delivery from the date of dispatch.  If there is likely to be a delay in delivery, or if you have ordered and paid for goods that are due into stock at a later date, we will send you an email to advise anticipated delivery date.  

How much is postage & packaging?

Please refer to our Delivery Information page for full details of charges  for deliveries within the UK and Internationally.  Our basic UK charge is £3.00 per delivery unless your order value is £40 or over, in which case we offer FREE DELIVERY.  Different charges apply for European and other International deliveries.

What should I do if I want to return an item?

Please refer to our Returns Policy page for full information about our Returns procedure.  All items purchased from our website carry our 100% Guarantee of Satisfaction and if you need to return anything, please follow the procedure shown in our Returns Policy - not forgetting your proof of purchase!  It is very straightforward and unless there are any problems, for example the item is damaged or it has been used, we will typically refund the purchase cost to your card within 7-14 days.

Can I pre-order items that are due in at a later date?

Yes.  If items are temporarily out of stock or if your purchase is for new stock that has not yet arrived, you can still order your goods in the normal way.  You will automatically receive an email to confirm your order and to advise the anticipated delivery date.  If you need to change your plans before the goods are sent to you, simply tell us by email at and we will cancel your order and refund any payment that you have made. 

Can you ship internationally?
